The ID Technical Senior Designer is responsible for leading the technical design and documentation of luxury hospitality and branded residential projects from Detailed Design through Construction Administration. The role ensures that the design intent is accurately translated into comprehensive construction documentation while maintaining the highest standards of quality, coordination, buildability, and compliance with client, operator, and regulatory requirements.

This role will support the Design and FF&E team across all design phases (Phases 1 to 4). The incumbent will work closely with the Design and FF&E teams to ensure the project schedule and deliverables are in accordance with contractual obligations and the client’s agreement. They will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination with the client, consultants, contractors, and the internal project team.
