This is a senior design-led position for an individual with a strong portfolio of luxury hotel, resort and high-end hospitality projects. You will lead the creative development and delivery of projects from early concept and spatial planning through design development, consultant coordination, presentation and documentation stages.
The Design Director will lead the creative development and delivery of high-profile F&B-led projects, shaping concepts from initial narrative and spatial strategy through to detailed design and site implementation. You will be responsible for raising creative standards, guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships and ensuring that every project balances guest experience, commercial performance and operational functionality. The FF&E Specialist is responsible for the selection, specification, sourcing, and coordination of all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for hospitality projects. The role ensures that all FF&E elements support the project's design vision, brand standards, budget requirements, and operational needs.
The Project Designer / Project Design Architect is at the forefront of shaping design narratives for world-class hospitality and destination projects. The role serves as both a visionary and strategic thinker, translating client aspirations into architectural concepts while balancing creativity with technical precision. Responsibilities include leading design efforts, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, functional and contextually appropriate design solutions that reflect our client’s standards of excellence.
