The Director of Sales will be responsible for Sales through Brand activation, engaging and building IDAs Network, private preview/ events, marketing & collaboration in UAE focusing Dubai Major responsibilities: 1. Planning & execution to achieve Annual sales targets by generating enquiries & timely converting deals to achieve quarterly & yearly sales targets while maintaining Brand positioning. 2. Introduce, build and maintain strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers, and architects focused on high-end residential projects. 3. Engage IDAs & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, vendor presentations & virtual tours/discussions for sales growth. 4. Collaboratively strategise with the overseas team & execute marketing plans to build 'Our clients' company brand in Dubai. 5. Identifies & expands the relationship with IDAs network beyond Dubai. 6. Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalised tours and Art & Design exhibitions. 7. Strategise & acquire UHNI/ HNI clients and maintain exceptional relationships with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand. 8. Identify & collaborate with IDAs, galleries, artist and like-minded brands. 9. Regular meetings with Brand Director & Founder to review existing and new business opportunities in conjunction with quarterly sales targets. Other duties and special projects as requested by the Company Job Skills 1. Candidate should possess a strong network & relationship with Interior Designer doing high end residential projects. 2. Candidate should have extensive experience in engaging and working with IDAs community/ Interior Designers doing High End residential projects. 3. Knowledge and experience of liaising and brand building with interior designers, architects, media and Interior design-based groups & Organisations 4. Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in Luxury, Art & Design Industry. 5. An ability to market & develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and collaborations. 6. Experience in planning & executing High-End events & Private Previews. Personal Attributes 1. Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing & Communication/ Interior Design/ Luxury or related fields. 2. Minimum 10 Years experience in sales - preferably to Interior and Architect studios 3. Excellent written & verbal communication, good personality, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. 4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously. 5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 6.
