What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in interior design, preferably in hospitality projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
