Job Highlight:

• Responsible for interior design for the assigned design phases

Job Description:

• Responsible for the design phases of assigned projects, including but not limited to space planning, details, and 2D & 3D
• Work closely with the Project Director and FF&E team to ensure designs align with contractual and client agreements before final submission
• Collaborate with Design, FF&E, and CAD teams to produce full sets of tender and construction drawings
• Assist in coordination with consultants and clients as needed
• Check and assist in CAD/2D rendering-related works when required
• Ensure project assignments are completed within deadlines
• Review shop drawings
• Attend site meetings and site/factory inspections
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Coordinate, delegate, give feedback, and mentor subordinates regarding their work and professional development, including problem-solving (for senior level)

Job Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent
• Relevant experience in conceptual design and detailed designing, especially in the hospitality industry
• Experience handling projects across all design phases
• Creativity and artistic flair
• Strong design detailing and freehand sketching skills or equivalent
• Ability to interpret specifications, layouts, architectural, and engineering designs
• Knowledge of site work and progress (senior level up to phase 5)
• Understanding of design composition, planning, materials, details, furniture, and fixtures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, and SketchUp is a plus)
• Knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standards
• Proficiency in English and Thai - both reading and writing compulsory
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills
• Mentoring of junior/intermediate designers (for senior level)
