Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a team to deliver comprehensive lighting design services from concept through fully designed schematic phases.
• Demonstrate expertise in all design stages, with a strong focus on detailed design documentation and execution.
• Utilize excellent technical lighting design skills and knowledge to develop innovative and effective solutions.
• Develop and deliver design documentation with a high level of integrity and accuracy, ensuring clarity and precision in all deliverables.
• Communicate effectively (verbally, in writing, and visually) with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct lighting calculations and simulations to verify design performance.
• Research and evaluate lighting products and technologies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, codes, and standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an independent lighting design studio.
• Strong grasp of delivering Concepts and fully designed Schematic Phases as part of a team.
• Proven experience in all design stages with a focus on detailed design documentation.
• Excellent technical lighting design skills & knowledge.
• Demonstrated capability of developing and delivering a high level of integrity and accuracy through all design documentation.
• Great communication skills (verbal, written & visual).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and other industry-standard software.
